2025 Nubarian "Freedom From America's Abuse" Treaty

Preamble

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

We, the descendants of enslaved, oppressed, and exploited Black people in the Western Hemisphere—specifically the Nubarian Black Muslims of America—do hereby declare our spiritual independence from the abuse, neglect, and systemic violence historically and presently inflicted upon us by the United States of America.

We do this not in hatred or rebellion, but in truth, justice, and divine right, as ordained by the Most High.

Article I: Acknowledgment of Historical Crimes

1. We declare that slavery, Jim Crow, mass incarceration, redlining, police terrorism, forced assimilation, cultural erasure, and psychological warfare constitute crimes against humanity.

2. These acts were not isolated incidents, but part of a long, organized system of white supremacist abuse, including state-sponsored oppression and social engineering.

Article II: Right to Mental, Spiritual, and Cultural Liberation

1. We reject every attempt to force Black people to assimilate into a system that has historically abused, exploited, and dehumanized them.

2. We assert our right to practice Nubarian Islām, uphold our own Lightseed laws, study our own curriculum, and build community free from Western contamination and spiritual corruption.

3. We hereby divorce ourselves mentally and spiritually from America's abusive identity, and reclaim our divine name, nature, and national destiny.

Article III: Protection from Psychological Warfare

1. We recognize that the most dangerous form of abuse today is mental slavery, perpetuated through media, education, religion, food, drugs, and falsehood.

2. We demand full protection from this warfare and the freedom to raise our children outside of its reach.

3. We reserve the right to reject imposed identities, media programming, and Eurocentric systems that distort our truth.

Article IV: Right to Reparation, Land, and Self-Governance

1. We demand reparative justice in the form of land, access to resources, and national space to govern our own affairs.

2. We are not asking for charity—we are claiming what was built on the backs, blood, and genius of our ancestors.

3. We do not seek war, but we will not remain in bondage under abusive political, economic, or cultural systems.

Article V: International Recognition and Spiritual Neutrality

1. The Nubarian Nation seeks recognition as a spiritual nation of people wronged and displaced, deserving of the same dignity extended to other historically oppressed nations.

2. We are not a threat—we are neutral, righteous, and independent.

3. We seek peace with all, but declare our full freedom from America's abusive patterns and systems.

Closing Declaration

We are no longer your victims.
We are no longer your children.
We are not your property, nor your mental slaves.

We are the Nubarian Black Muslims—resurrected, reborn, and rising.
This is not rebellion. This is recovery. This is healing. This is divine separation.

Let it be known: We are free. And we are never going back.
