2025 Nubarian Nation Treaty

“By the Sun, Moon, and Stars — We Declare Our Rise.”

Preamble

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful — We, the Elders, Ministers, and Citizens of the Nubarian Nation, having awakened from the long night of colonial illusion and false identity, do hereby ratify this sacred Treaty. We proclaim ourselves a Free, United, and Self-Determined People — descendants of the Original Blackman and Blackwoman of the planet Earth, custodians of the Ancient Wisdom, the Noble Moors, the Lightseeded Heirs of the Sun.

With Divine Guidance from the Most High, and through the prophetic lineage of Noble Drew Ali, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and all spiritual architects of Black liberation, we affirm our right to Nationhood and Cultural Sovereignty.

Article I – Declaration of National Identity

1. The Nubarian Nation is a spiritual, cultural, and political body of people who identify as Nubarians — the divine descendants of Nubian, Moorish, Indigenous, and Black American lineages.

2. We recognize “Nubarian” as a national designation that supersedes imposed racial or colonial categories.

3. We are governed by the Sacred Law of Al-Islam, the Teachings of the Prophets, Supreme Mathematics, and the Code of Nubarian Morality.

Article II – Government and Structure

1. The Nubarian Government shall be composed of:

  • The High Council of Elders
  • The Ministerial Order
  • The People’s Assembly
  • Lightseed Guardianship Circle

2. The Honorable Minister shall serve as national spokesperson, spiritual representative, and visionary interpreter of Divine Law.

3. All governance shall be guided by justice, equity, spiritual consciousness, and communal upliftment.

Article III – Territory and Diaspora Rights

1. Nubarian land is wherever the Original People reside in conscious unity.

2. Physical territory shall include sanctuaries, temples, and enclaves dedicated to our cultural and spiritual restoration.

3. All Nubarians, whether in North America, Africa, the Caribbean, or beyond, have full national rights under this treaty.

Article IV – Religious and Cultural Freedom

1. Nubarian Islam is the official spiritual foundation — a synthesis of Moorish Science, Orthodox Al-Islam, Sufi Light, and the Teachings of the Supreme.

2. All Nubarians retain the right to freely practice their sacred traditions within the bounds of the Nubarian Moral Code.

3. We reject religious division among our people and seek unity across Hebrew Israelites, Muslims, Moors, Black Christians, and African spiritualists.

Article V – Treaty of Unity with All Original Nations

1. We call for a Pan-Original Unity Pact among all Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Oppressed Peoples.

2. The Treaty invites peaceful coalition with:

  • The Moorish Science Temple of America,
  • The Nation of Islam and Five Percenters,
  • The IUIC and African Hebrew Israelites
  • Black Indigenous Nations,
  • Pan-Africanists and Revolutionary Scholars,
  • All conscious collectives and righteous leaders.

3. We affirm: No More Religious Civil War. No More Tribal Divide. Our Unity Is Our Survival.

Article VI – Economic and Educational Blueprint

1. The Nubarian Nation shall develop sovereign economic systems, including:
  • Independent Trade Guilds
  • Nubarian Credit Unions
  • Food and Land Sovereignty Initiatives
  • Lightseed Technology and Healing Enterprises
2. Education shall be reformed under the Lightseed Curriculum, based in knowledge of self, spiritual sciences, real history, and divine language.

Article VII – Defense of the Blackman, Woman, and Child

1. All Nubarians are charged with the sacred protection of our youth, elders, and wombmen.

2. The Nubarian Security Corps (NSC) and Lightseed Defenders shall ensure safety, peace, and discipline within our communities.

3. We reject violence against our own and work toward the reformation of lost brothers and sisters through truth, love, and nation-building.

Article VIII – Seals and Observances

1. The official seal of the Nubarian Nation shall bear the Star and Crescent, surrounded by the phrase “360° Light. One Nation, One God.”

2. Founders’ Day: April 14 (The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad Birthday
Elijah Return Day: October 7
Lightseed Initiation Day December 25th: Variable (based on lunar calendar)


3. All Nubarians are encouraged to wear their national insignia with honor.

Article IX – Treaty Enforcement and Revisions

1. This Treaty is binding upon all registered Nubarian Nationals and their offspring.

2. Amendments is proposed by the High Council and approved by the People’s Assembly.

3. Any act of treason, sabotage, or harm against the Nation shall be met with spiritual and communal correction.
