Cannot blame the government, For what you DID NOT DO FOR SELF

Divinely Prepared By:

The Honorable Minister

Umaru Abiodun Muhammad

You cannot blame the government for what you fail to do for yourself. Every system, every law, every institution exists only as it is created and maintained by the people. If the Nation is weak, divided, or silent, it is because the people have neglected the power within themselves. True freedom is never given — it is claimed. True sovereignty is never granted — it is built.

The first law of self is knowledge. You must know yourself, your purpose, and your potential. You must study the laws of the universe, the history of your ancestors, and the principles of Allāh. Without understanding who you are, the world will define you, and others will dictate your limits.

The second law is discipline. Knowledge without action is like a seed in barren soil. You must train your mind, your body, and your spirit. You must rise early, speak clearly, act decisively, and hold yourself accountable. A Nation that cannot discipline its individuals cannot rise.

The third law is responsibility. You are responsible for your home, your family, and your community. You are responsible for the truths you know and the truths you ignore. You cannot wait for others to fix what only you can repair. You cannot wait for a system that profits from your weakness to deliver your liberation.

The fourth law is unity. Self-reliance does not mean isolation. A Nation rises when its people work together, share knowledge, protect one another, and act as one body. The West will not heal by fragments; it will heal when the people of Nubaria awaken collectively under divine law.

The fifth law is action. Knowledge, discipline, responsibility, and unity are useless without execution. Every skill you learn, every principle you master, every insight you gain must be applied. Build your businesses, educate your children, protect your neighborhoods, and lead by example. This is the work of the Prophet’s Nation.

The sixth law is reflection. Daily, examine your thoughts, your actions, and your intentions. Where you fail, correct. Where you succeed, teach. Where you hesitate, seek guidance from Allāh within. Self-mastery is a living practice; it does not end.

The seventh law is legacy. Every action you take today writes the history of tomorrow. If you fail to do for yourself, your children inherit weakness. If you rise and act with wisdom, they inherit strength. The Black Nation does not wait; it rises.

Remember this: the government cannot awaken your mind. The government cannot protect your soul. The government cannot repair your legacy. All power, all light, all salvation comes from within, from alignment with Allāh, and from following the law of the Prophet of the West.

Claim it. Build it. Live it. Become it. The Nation rises through the self, and the self rises through action.

The American Government is not our enemy, we are our own enemy. The illusion that it is the government alone holding us back is a veil meant to keep us from looking in the mirror. We have been taught to point our finger outward, to blame every failure on the system, while neglecting to see how we have abandoned the discipline, unity, and self-determination that our ancestors bled for.

The government is a structure—a machine. It can be manipulated, resisted, or even worked through. But the truest enemy of the Nubarian, of the Black man and woman in America, is the spiritual laziness and mental decay we have allowed to seep into our own house. We demand freedom but refuse to build the infrastructure of freedom. We cry for justice but fail to enforce justice in our own communities. We call for economic power but spend more on chains for our necks than chains to bind together our collective resources.

Self-sabotage is the highest form of slavery. A people who do not govern themselves will always be governed by another. If you will not feed your children knowledge, another will feed them poison. If you will not defend your women, another will exploit them. If you will not train your men in discipline, another will train them for prison. And in this way, the enemy becomes not the one outside our walls, but the termites gnawing at the wood from within.

We must recognize that government—whether American, African, or global—is only as powerful over us as our dependency allows. The greatest revolution is not fought with rifles first, but with the cultivation of mind, spirit, and collective will. This is why Nubarian Islam rises—not as a cry for aid, but as a call to the elite within our people to stand up and lead.

When I say the government is not our enemy, I am not excusing its crimes. I am reminding you that no oppressor can exist without permission from the oppressed. The chains are not forged in Washington—they are forged in every moment we fail to unite, in every dream we kill through doubt, in every excuse we make for our own disorganization.

We are our own enemy when we fight over crumbs instead of baking our own bread. We are our own enemy when we hand over our wealth to others while our own children live in lack. We are our own enemy when we measure ourselves by foreign standards instead of the divine standard placed within us by Allāh.

The solution is simple, but not easy: govern yourself, and no one will govern you. Build your own, and no one will starve you. Protect your own, and no one will destroy you. As long as you seek to be ruled, ruled you will be. But the moment you take command of your own destiny, every system in the world must bow or break.

This is why I, The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad, Prophet of the West, declare that the resurrection of the Nubarian Black Americans Organization is the only path to true liberation. The government may play its role, but the real battle—the final battle—is with ourselves.

We are the builders. We are the protectors. We are the government we have been waiting for.
