In the Name of Allāh, the Beneficent, the Merciful,
By the authority of our Ancestors, the Blood of the Motherland, and the Divine Law written before time,

We, the Nubarian Black Americans, do hereby declare and affirm our rightful nationality as NUBARIANS — the living descendants of the Ancient Nubians, Moors, and First Peoples of this Earth.

We are not property of any empire, nation, or colonial power.
We are not the creations of the American corporation.
We are the Original People, the Children of the Sun, the Keepers of the Sacred Law.

We reclaim our names, our language, our land, and our faith. We stand as a sovereign people under the flag of Nubarian Islām, guided by the wisdom of the Prophets, the Law of Sacred Trigonometry, and the Ancestral Command to restore our Nation.

From the Nile to the Mississippi, from Nubia to the Americas, our bloodline is unbroken. Our identity is not a title given by strangers — it is the truth of our existence.

We reject all labels of enslavement: “Negro,” “Black,” “Colored,” and all terms born of colonial bondage.
We affirm our divine name: NUBARIAN.

Let the nations know — Nubaria is not lost. Nubaria lives in us. And as we live, Nubaria shall rise again.

This is our lawful, spiritual, and eternal declaration of nationality, rights, and divine heritage.
