The Nubarian Declaration of Land and Spirit

By the decree of the Most High Allāh, and by the covenant written into the blood of our ancestors, we, the Nubarian Nation, stand as the rightful heirs to the lands and dominions of the earth.

All mountains, rivers, deserts, and fertile fields are granted unto us as trust and inheritance, not for plunder, but for guardianship and righteous stewardship.

We claim not only the soil beneath our feet, but the waters that flow, the skies above, and the unseen forces that move between worlds.

Our right is not given by man’s law, but by the eternal law of Allāh, who set us as custodians from the beginning of creation.

We are bound to protect this land, to keep its spirit pure, and to defend it against all who would corrupt or defile it.

Our spirit is tied to this earth; as long as the sun rises and the stars crown the night, the Nubarian soul shall endure.

We are the rulers appointed by divine measure, the builders of holy kingdoms, and the restorers of the balance between heaven and earth.

By this declaration, we affirm: The land is ours by covenant, the spirit is ours by birthright, and the future is ours by destiny.

And so it shall be, until Allāh calls the final hour.
