THE SACRED TREATY OF NUBARIAN FREEDOM

Preamble

By the Will of Allāh, Eternal and Boundless, we the Nubarian Black Americans Organization do set forth this Sacred Treaty of Freedom, to affirm before all nations that our Covenant is not of force, nor of coercion, but of voluntary will.

Article I – Freedom of Joining

No Black Man or Woman shall be compelled, pressured, or bound against their will to enter the path of Nubarian Islām. The call is inward, arising only from Allāh. Whoever joins, joins freely, and whoever departs, departs in peace.

Article II – The Divine Call

To live Nubarian is to live as Allāh within flesh. It is not fear that guides the hand, but strength, courage, and the selfishness of liberation. In this way, slavery is erased, and hate ideology dissolved.

Article III – Love Among Nations

Let it be written: one cannot live as God while despising the Nations of God. All nations are to be respected as branches of the same divine tree. Love is the shield, honor is the law, and unity is the seal.

Article IV – Covenant of Witness

This Treaty is set not as a contract of man, but as a covenant of light. It is to endure as long as the heavens remain, bearing witness that Nubarian freedom is chosen, never imposed.
