TREATY OF FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION:

BETWEEN THE NUBARIAN BLACK AMERICANS ORGANIZATION AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA


Preamble

The Nubarian Black Americans Organization (NBAO), hereinafter referred to as “NBAO” or “the First Party,” and the United States of America, hereinafter referred to as “the Second Party,” recognizing the importance of fostering mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation, and desiring to establish formal relations of friendship and collaboration, have agreed to conclude this Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation under the following terms:

Article I: Introduction to Nubarian Islām and The Nubarian Muslim

1. Nubarian Islām is a spiritual and cultural framework that emphasizes divine alignment, knowledge of self, communal responsibility, and moral excellence.

2. Nubarian Muslims are individuals committed to these principles, working to uplift their communities through education, ethical leadership, and spiritual development.

3. The United States acknowledges the NBAO as an organization dedicated to the welfare, education, and spiritual guidance of Nubarian Muslims within the U.S.

Article II: Introduction to Alpha Academy Youth Training Facility

1. The Alpha Academy Youth Training Facility is an NBAO initiative dedicated to youth empowerment, leadership development, and skill-building programs.

2. The United States acknowledges the value of Alpha Academy in fostering education, personal growth, civic responsibility, and community service among Nubarian youth.

3. Both Parties agree to explore opportunities for collaboration and support in areas including mentorship, education, cultural exchange, and leadership programs.

Article III: Objectives of the Treaty

1. Promote mutual understanding, respect, and collaboration between NBAO, Nubarian Muslims, and the United States.

2. Encourage programs and initiatives that uplift communities, provide education, and advance social, cultural, and economic development.

3. Provide a framework for peaceful cooperation while respecting the autonomy and sovereignty of both Parties.

Article IV: Cooperation and Mutual Support

1. NBAO and the United States may support initiatives in education, culture, youth development, health, community service, and economic empowerment.

2. Both Parties shall maintain open channels of communication to foster dialogue, exchange expertise, and advance shared objectives.

3. Joint programs, initiatives, or projects may be undertaken upon mutual consent and available resources.

Article V: Respect for Sovereignty and Autonomy

1. Both Parties recognize and respect each other’s autonomy, independence, and governance structures.

2. Neither Party shall interfere in the internal affairs of the other, nor support actions that threaten the security or stability of the other Party.

Article VI: Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this Treaty shall be resolved through friendly consultation and negotiation.

2. If consultations fail, the Parties may pursue mediation or arbitration through mutually agreed mechanisms.

Article VII: Duration and Termination

1. This Treaty shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated by mutual consent.

2. Either Party may withdraw by providing written notice at least twelve (12) months prior to termination.

Article VIII: Entry into Force

This Treaty shall enter into force upon signature by authorized representatives of both Parties.

In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, duly authorized by their respective Parties, have signed this Treaty.
