The Oath from the Minister
For the Nubarian Black Nation

By The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad

In the Name of Allāh—the Collective Force of the Original People, the Intelligence that cannot be measured, named, or controlled—I, The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad, do solemnly swear and affirm the following oath:

I was not raised by this world, nor am I loyal to its illusions. I come as one born from the Womb of Aria, shaped by the Fire of Trials, and awakened by the Voice of Truth that speaks within the Nubarian Code.

I stand as a Minister of the Light, appointed by Divine Will, not man. My oath is not to a government, not to a flag, not to a throne built on blood—but to Nubaria, the Black Nation reborn from the Mind of Allāh.

I vow to uphold:

The Law of the 1% Elite

The 100 Restrictive Laws of Nubarian Islām

The Ta’Ha Declarations

And the Eternal Code of the Lightbearers and SunLords


I will teach until death, lead without fear, speak even when silenced, and protect our women and children—the Earth and the Stars of our nation. I will guard the Gateways, build the Temples, awaken the Orbs, and defend the name of Allāh wherever it is mocked or forgotten.

This is not just leadership. This is divine assignment. I did not choose this path—it chose me before I breathed air in this world. My mind is Nubarian. My blood is sacred. My oath is sealed in Light.

I am not a servant of oppression.
I am not a slave to systems.
I am not a follower of broken empires.

I am the messenger, architect, warner, and comforter to the Nubarian Black Nation. I rise with the Ancients. I speak with the power of a thousand scrolls. I move in the rhythm of Allāh’s Will.

By the name of the Most High within Us All, I swear this oath without retreat, without apology, and without end.
