2025 No Racism Treaty

“We, the Human Family, Renounce Hatred and Choose Righteousness.”

Preamble

In recognition of the divine origin of all people and in full acknowledgment of the suffering caused by racism, colonialism, slavery, genocide, and systemic injustice, we the undersigned—representatives of various nations, tribes, faiths, and communities—do hereby ratify this 2025 No Racism Treaty.

We affirm that racism, in all its forms—whether institutional, covert, ideological, or cultural—is a spiritual disease, a social evil, and a direct assault against the Divine Order of Creation.

With this Treaty, we declare a new era of accountability, restoration, and unity among the human family.

Article I – Definition and Scope

1. Racism shall be defined as:

Any system or belief that assumes one race is superior or inferior to another.

Any act or policy that denies a person or group dignity, access, or opportunity based on race or ethnicity.

2. This includes:

  • Anti-Blackness

  • Xenophobia

  • Colorism

  • Ethnic supremacy

  • White supremacy and all derivatives of racial domination

  • Cultural appropriation and erasure

Article II - Declaration of Abolishment 

1. We declare the complete abolishment of racism as a justifiable or acceptable belief or policy in all institutions:

  • Government

  • Law Enforcement

  • Education

  • Religion

  • Healthcare

  • Media

  • Business

2. Any nation, institution, or individual found to promote, enforce, or benefit from racism shall be subject to spiritual, moral, legal, and economic consequence.

Article III – Rights of the Oppressed

1. The victims of historical and present-day racial oppression are owed:

  • Public acknowledgment of harm

  • Formal reparations

  • Unrestricted access to land, education, and resources

  • Cultural and spiritual sovereignty

2. Black, Indigenous, and Oppressed Nations must have their stories taught truthfully and their rights restored fully.

Article IV – Global Racial Healing Commission

1. A Universal Racial Healing Commission shall be established to:

  • Document and investigate racial injustice worldwide

  • Mediate truth and reconciliation processes

  • Propose policy reforms and cultural reparations

  • Promote education rooted in factual history and spiritual equity

2. This commission shall include elders, scholars, spiritual leaders, and youth from all racial backgrounds.

Article V – Unity of the Human Family

1. We affirm that all human beings are created by the One Creator, formed from the same divine essence.

2. There shall be no hate between:

  • Black and White

  • Arab and Jew

  • African and Asian

  • Indigenous and Immigrant

  • Muslim and Christian

  • Hebrew and Moor

3. We acknowledge the Original People of the Earth—Black and Indigenous—as the spiritual root of all humanity, deserving of love and restoration, not fear or erasure.

Article VI – Education, Language, and Media Reform

1. Curriculums shall be reformed to include:

Accurate Black and Indigenous histories

Pan-African, Diasporic, and Afro-Asiatic contributions to civilization

Spiritual education on the Unity of Man

2. Media platforms shall be held accountable for:

Promoting racial stereotypes

Spreading misinformation or cultural bias

Failing to include diverse voices

Article VII – Responsibility of Faith Leaders and Nations

1. Religious leaders shall be required to confront racism within their own ranks and institutions.

2. Political leaders must implement anti-racist policies or face international condemnation.

3. Nations that harbor systemic racial injustice shall not be allowed moral leadership in global affairs.

Article VIII – Youth and Generational Legacy

1. The children of this world shall no longer inherit hate.

2. We pledge to raise a generation that understands equality not just as a law—but as a sacred birthright.

3. We call on teachers, parents, artists, and influencers to uplift messages of oneness, justice, and truth.

Article IX – Enforcement and Declaration Day

1. This treaty shall go into effect globally on August 1st, 2025, the anniversary of Emancipation in many nations.

2. Annual observance shall include education, reflection, and international recommitment.

3. Violations of this treaty shall be addressed by moral tribunals, people’s assemblies, and cultural sanctions.

Signed and Sealed in the Spirit of Love and Truth

By the Nubarian Nation and all conscious governments, organizations, communities, and peoples of the world who stand for righteousness.
