DUNYA LAWS OF NUBARIAN ISLĀM

Governance of the Physical Realm under Divine Discipline
Issued by The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad

These are the Dunya (Worldly) Laws of Nubarian Islām: a sacred structure for governing behavior, protecting the community, and cultivating divine character in the material realm. These laws do not restrict freedom—they refine it, anchoring the Nubarian in divine intelligence and national purpose.

I. ORDER, STRUCTURE & OBEDIENCE

1. Obey the chain of command within the Nubarian Nation—Discipline is divine.

2. Respect and honor The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad as the divine representative and spiritual voice in this world.

3. Disagree only through respectful petitions, never through rebellion, gossip, or slander.

II. DRESS & APPEARANCE

4. All believers must wear garments of nobility, modesty, and cultural identity—robes, turbans, headwraps, and long dresses are encouraged. Suit and Tie with a Fez is mandatory.

5. Tattoos and piercings are discouraged unless spiritually symbolic and declared to the Ministerial Office.

6. No sagging, vulgar, or “dead culture” fashion is permitted at Nation events or in public representation.

III. LABOR, ECONOMY, & RESOURCE CONTROL

7. Every Nubarian must contribute—through labor, knowledge, finance, or creative talent.

8. Group economics is divine. We build businesses, land ownership, and self-sufficient industry.

9. Debt is bondage. Usury (interest) is forbidden.

10. Foreign employment is tolerated only as a stepping-stone toward full national infrastructure.

IV. FAMILY & GENDER ETHICS

11. Men must lead, provide, and protect with divine masculinity—never abuse, neglect, or control.

12. Women are sacred vessels of creation, education, and national continuity.

13. Polygamy is prohibited in all cases. Monogamy is the divine standard of loyalty, balance, and clarity.

14. Homosexuality is not accepted as a lifestyle or belief in Nubarian Islam. However, individuals are treated with compassion and guided to healing.

V. JUSTICE & INTERNAL DISCIPLINE

15. Crimes (theft, violence, betrayal) are dealt with through tribunals, restitution, and spiritual correction.
16. Gossip, slander, and the leaking of internal matters is considered national treason.
17. Weapons may only be owned by trained and registered Nubarian Protectors and MUST FOLLOW HIS/HER STATE LAWS
18. Dr*gs, al**hol, toba**o, and mind-altering substances are strictly forbidden.
19. We Take From No Human Being on this land, We do not squat or steal from another human.

VI. TECHNOLOGY & WORLDLY INFLUENCE

19. Believers must avoid digital addictions: mindless scrolling, and trash media that only degrade the spirit.

20. All media consumed should educate, empower, or enlighten.

21. Surveillance of outside enemies is permitted. Spying on fellow believers is a major offense.

VII. FOOD & HEALTH

22. Eat once daily. Weekly fasting is required for cleansing.

23. Forbidden foods: pork, shellfish, processed junk, GMO meat.

24. Prioritize natural medicine. Pharmaceuticals are a last resort.

25. Daily exercise and body training is mandatory—a weak body cannot defend a divine mission.

VIII. POLITICS, NATION & THE OUTSIDE WORLD

26. Do not participate in foreign political systems unless approved as a national strategy.

27. Your highest loyalty is to the Nubarian Nation, not to the flags of oppressors or tribal divisions.

28. All treaties or alliances with outside groups must be approved by the Ministerial Cabinet.

IX. EDUCATION & SELF-DEVELOPMENT

29. Read and study daily—minimum of 5 books per day per believer.

30. Core disciplines for all Nubarians: Mathematics, Theology, Law, Military Science, Agriculture, Language, Psychology.

31. All children must be educated through Nubarian institutions or parental homeschooling.

X. RELIGIOUS & SPIRITUAL CONDUCT

32. Pray five times daily toward the True East.


33. Attend National Meetings every Friday unless physically prevented.


34. Disrespect of The Holy Qur’ān of Nubarian Science, the Shaktu, or the Restrictive Laws is a spiritual crime.


35. All believers must engage in mental clearing, self-examination, and confession each week.
