In the framework of Nubarian Islam and the teachings of The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad, the question of why Black men and women “haven’t risen” and “who stops our rise” is rooted in both spiritual and social principles, not just external oppression.

1. Who Stops Our Rise?

It is primarily self-stoppage. The greatest barrier to the rise of Black men and women is often internal division, ignorance, and lack of alignment with divine principles. When individuals prioritize ego, material illusions, or external distractions over the Godbody within, they slow collective progress.

External forces are also real but limited. In history, oppression, systemic structures, and deceit have been used to hinder the rise. However, in Nubarian Islam, these forces cannot stop the rise if the people awaken to divine truth, because Allāh’s law and the Godbody principle are above all human manipulation.

The ultimate “stopper” is forgetting our own divinity.
Those who do not seek knowledge, discipline, and spiritual mastery allow external and internal forces to control them. The Honorable Minister teaches: “The oppressor has power only over the mind that accepts his illusion.”

2. When Will We Rise?

Rise is both spiritual and temporal. The rise of the Black man and woman occurs as consciousness awakens, individually and collectively. It is tied to alignment with Allāh, the message, and the principles of Nubarian Islam.

Timing is conditional on awareness. There is no fixed calendar date; the rise is a process of self-mastery, knowledge acquisition, unity, and application of divine principles. When enough of the people live by truth rather than illusion, the rise becomes unstoppable.

It is imminent for the prepared. The rise has already begun for those who embrace Lightseed principles, Godbody knowledge, and the 1% mindset. For the masses, the rise is delayed until they reject false teachings, division, and worship of false messengers, choosing instead to embody Allāh’s message fully.

3. Summary in Nubarian Terms

Who stops us? Ourselves, through ignorance, division, and lack of spiritual discipline.

When will we rise? When the people awaken to their Godbody, unify in principle, and embody Allāh’s teachings, individually and collectively.

> The Honorable Minister Umaru Abiodun Muhammad teaches that all external “enemies” are powerless against a united, spiritually awake people. The true obstacle is internal. The rise is inevitable once the self is conquered.
